Inspiring a culture of performance
On the job performance is influenced by factors at three levels: the worker, the work and the workplace. All three are themselves influenced by the environment in which the organization operates. Job performance is hence always the result of the interaction between individual capabilities and the environmental influences.
Creating the right environment is hence a key prerequisite for:
