Our Story
In 2014, there was a person looking for his purpose of life and in this quest he attended a 2-day self-awareness program. This program really moved him and led him to ask, ‘This is something I want everyone to experience. This is something I want to do till the end of my time.’
He asked his partner to attend the same program and she also came to the same realization.
This set them off on a journey to design and deliver program that can help people see the world in a different perspective, help them know themselves better and live a meaningful life.
They realized that the route to impactful learning is only through inspiring engagement and curiosity!

Alternative Leadership is a mission to change the outward looking perspective towards leadership to inward looking by creating a safe space that enables self-exploration and answers from within to take you from where ‘you are’ to where ‘you want to be’.
